Time Keeper Pro provides web-based employee time and attendance tracking, including a shared kiosk, a worker self-service portal, timesheets, reporting and payroll calculations.
The person who creates a company account becomes its administrator and is responsible for the accuracy of company data, for who is granted administrator or super-administrator access, and for keeping credentials, PINs and kiosk links confidential.
Do not use the Service to store data unrelated to employment record-keeping, attempt to access another company's data, or interfere with the operation of the Service.
The company is the responsible party for employee personal information and must inform employees about photo capture and, where enabled, facial verification, and obtain any consent required by law. See the privacy notice.
The Service is provided on a best-effort basis. Calculated hours, overtime and pay are aids and must be reviewed by the company before payroll is finalised. The company remains responsible for compliance with the Basic Conditions of Employment Act and its own agreements.
To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the fees paid for the Service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. The Service is not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
A company may stop using the Service at any time and can export its data as CSV from the admin settings before doing so. Data may be deleted after account closure.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
